By accessing and using Lingrow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Lingrow for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the App Store.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Lingrow for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws. You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lingrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
